IAM Employment Service Department
Mission Statement
The IAMAW's Employment Services Department was established by the Executive Council in April 2003 to provide employment-related information to IAM districts, locals and members through electronic media, printed material and training. Our goal is to assist our members during times of job loss, downsizing and hard economic times. Our mission is to educate our membership so they can make the right choices and transition themselves and their families for the future.
